On the last day, we decided to visit Park Guell after all. We went in the morning so that we could get to Girona by afternoon. Park Guell was designed by.. can you guess? Yes, Gaudi. AGAIN! Free and fantastic! And huge! Oh, and Gaudi's home was and still is in this park.
I love the 'longest bench in the world' (I think). It has really creative mosaics.
Creative people with their wares.
Looks like a bread/candy house, heh? One of it is a souvenir store, the other, I don't know. And the rest of the view from the benches.
Ring-around-the-roses
Beautiful, isn't it?
The wind was MAD up there.
Umit's idea of Charlie's Angels pose
The guys got to go to a football game while we headed to Girona. I'm so jealous!
The guys' corridor. Told you the Spanish had a good sense of colours for the interior. That's Umit, by the way (he's Turkish).
And that's it! It was a great trip. I loved Barcelona. The best things in (a Barcelonian) life are free. Hope to go back there again, but not before I've seen the rest of Europe.
